Mastering Lead provides an all-in-one CRM platform that includes lead management, communication tools, calendar scheduling, pipeline management, payment processing, and related features ("Service").
3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
4.2 Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change our prices with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
4.3 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel.
5. Acceptable Use

- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mastering Lead harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
